Incident Narrative
An employee was utilizing an A-frame ladder to conduct labeling operations for the style area of the facility. The employee fell from the ladder to the floor and sustained an epidural hematoma, right subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), left frontal subdural hematoma (SDH), left scalp hematoma, left occipitotemporal skull fracture, and left flank hematoma.
