Incident Narrative

An employee was operating a forklift to pull a broken forklift out of the trailer when the broken forklift got caught on a dock plate. The employee exited the forklift used to tow the broken forklift to check on the stuck forklift and the mast of the broken forklift rose up catching the employee between the two forklifts. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.
