Incident Narrative
An employee was setting an engine into a vehicle to be mounted. The engine table air hydraulics failed, causing the table to become stuck. While other employees were trying to get the table working, the engine fell on the injured employee, who suffered a broken left arm and a crushed right index finger, resulting in a partial amputation.
