Incident Narrative
An employee was leaning against guardrails while pulling up an insulation hose to the third floor. The guardrails snapped and the employee fell approximately 26 feet onto the concrete below. The employee suffered fractures to facial bones, vertebrae, wrists, their hip, and both femurs.
