Incident Narrative
An employee was clearing a jam on a trim saw. A piece of wood had gotten stuck under the conveyor belt. The saw blades were off but the conveyor belt was running. The employee's right hand was near a chain that caught his glove and amputated his right ring and middle fingers and the tip of his little finger. A guard was in place at the time.
