An employee was cleaning and preparing a mill for the day shift. They went out to their vehicle and were returning back to the mill when their right foot landed on a ridge of frozen mud in the parking lot, causing them to slip into a frozen tire track and fall to the ground. The employee suffered a fractured right tibia and was hospitalized.
