Incident Narrative
An employee was on a step ladder measuring approximately 4-6 feet in order to reach an item on a shelf. On the highest step of the ladder, the employee lost his balance and fell, resulting in a pilon fracture of the tibia, a fractured and dislocated ankle, and a heel fracture, all in his right leg.
