Incident Narrative
A mobile conveyor unit had stopped unexpectedly, causing boxes of product to fall from a pallet. An employee climbed onto the conveyor to re-stack the boxes on the pallet, but lost balance and had to step down to the floor abruptly. His right ankle buckled resulting in dislocation, as well as fractures.
