An employee went up the paint line to see what parts were coming next. She saw some hooks laying on the floor. She picked up the hooks and laid them over the landing for reuse. She then turned to walk toward the stairs and tripped over a plumbing pipe and fell to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a fractured left hip.
