Incident Narrative

Employees were inspecting an assortment of insulated glass panels that were stored in a wooden storage rack. The floor of the rack gave way causing the panels to tilt forward and fall, striking three employees. Employee 1 sustained a fractured right leg, employee 2 sustained a laceration to their right shin, and employee 3 sustained a cut on a right-hand finger. Two employees were hospitalized.
