An employee was clearing a clog in the concrete discharge hose on a concrete truck. A pressurized air hose got loose from its restraint straps, knocking the employee off the platform and onto the concrete ground. The employee suffered a fractured collar bone, multiple broken ribs, and some abrasions to his right arm.
