On October 17, 2023, at 4:20 p.m., an employee and two co-workers were repairing a bearing located on the belt of a dust collector. The employee was manually rotating the belts to investigate the bearings when his left ring and middle fingers were caught between the belts and a pulley. The employee suffered amputations to both fingertips.
