On 10/16/2023, at 4:06 PM, an employee was performing a repair on a mold conveyor. A hydraulic jack shifted causing the load to drop approximately 2-3 inches onto cribbing underneath that was being used to support the load. The employee's right hand was pinched between the impact wrench he was using and the floor. The employee's hand was lacerated.
