Incident Narrative

An employee was on a 10-foot ladder, installing metal framing in a commercial building. The ladder shifted and fell to the right, causing the employee to fall to the left and land on the concrete floor. The employee sustained fractures to their left femur and kneecap requiring hospitalization and surgery.
