Incident Narrative

An employee was preparing 4,800-pound steel bundles for lifting and loading into a truck. He grabbed the top two bundles of a stack and the back of the seat lifter caught the third bundle that was below the two bundles being lifted. The third bundle that was being held by the back corner slid out and pinched the employee's left leg between the third bundle and stacks being lifted next to him, resulting in an injury.
