Incident Narrative

An employee was removing cable from a overhead compartment while standing on a 8-foot, A-frame step ladder. Some cable from the overhead compartment became loose and swung down, striking the employee and causing him to fall off the ladder to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a wrist fracture and elbow dislocation.
