Incident Narrative

Employees were moving a 60-gallon upright air compressor, weighing approximately 375 pounds, on a hand cart. The air compressor shifted and tipped over, causing it and the hand cart to fall onto the injured employee's right leg. The employee was hospitalized with a fracture below the knee.
