Incident Narrative
An employee was applying restoration products to a roof. The employee came down from the roof to refill the gas of an airless spray pump. While refilling the pump, the gasoline vapors ignited from static discharge, causing the employee to sustain burns on his neck, arms, hands, torso, legs and ankles.
