Incident Narrative
Two employees were in a cross aisle near an operating tugger. One of the carts being pulled on the tugger struck a parked cart on the side of the aisle where the two employees were standing. The parked cart struck the employees; one employee sustained a left lower leg fracture and was hospitalized. The other suffered swelling and bruising to their leg but was not hospitalized.
