Incident Narrative
An employee was pumping out a parts washer. He went to remove the rear and mid floor panels from the washer and placed his right foot on a structural cross member. As he reached to remove the rear panel cover his right foot slipped into the front right reservoir and was partially submerged in hot water. He sustained burns to his right foot, ankle, and shin.
