Incident Narrative
A temporary employee used a crane to lower a steel I-beam and placed it on cribbing blocks on the floor. As he was retracting the steel lifting clamp of the crane, the clamp hit the underside of the beam and knocked it over. The falling beam fractured the employee's left leg.
