Incident Narrative
An employee was participating in road milling operations by spotting and monitoring the depth of cut. The employee went to adjust/reposition the mill when it swiveled and caught his boot, pulling his foot underneath. The machine rolled over the employee's foot and his small toe and the adjacent toe on the left foot were partially amputated. The employee also sustained a left foot fracture and a thigh laceration that required sutures. Tract or track?
