Incident Narrative
Employees were on top of a roof of a building talking about repairing an air conditioning unit. The injured employee felt hot and climbed back down the ladder into the building to cool off. He later came back outside to talk with the other employees when the injured employee passed out, fell to the ground, and had a seizure due to heat illness.
