Incident Narrative
An employee was setting up and checking a molder board feed system. He was adjusting the guide fence to ensure the board was in the proper position. As he was pushing the fence, his right hand slipped causing his fingers to contact the rotating head. The employee sustained lacerations on the fingertips of his first two fingers. The right Index fingertip was surgically amputated.
