Incident Narrative
An employee was operating a bulldozer on top of a trash pile when a mattress got stuck between the blade and dozer. The employee exited the bulldozer and removed the mattress. As he was climbing back into the bulldozer, the employee fell and sustained blunt force trauma to the head.
