On July 21, 2023, an employee was sitting at her computer work station entering notes. She completed the task and stood up from her chair. She proceeded to walk, but her leg was caught by the computer's keyboard cord causing her to trip and fall on her left side. The employee sustained a dislocated left glenohumeral joint, left proximal humerus fracture, and left femoral neck fracture.
