On July 12, 2023, an employee was working as a driver and assisting a resident with exiting a transport van. As the employee was positioning the walker, the resident began to fall. The employee went to prevent the resident from falling when the employee lost balance and fell, sustaining a vertebral compression fracture. The employee was hospitalized.
