Incident Narrative
Employees were installing wooden power line poles. Two wooden poles had been laid adjacent and parallel to each other on the ground, with one end of each pole placed on a 16-inch stand to allow for drilling. The injured employee was between the two poles performing drilling on one of the poles. The other pole then shifted and contacted the employee s leg, resulting in a leg fracture that required hospitalization.
