Incident Narrative

A trailer truck driver was removing an empty metal pipe rack weighing approximately 50-60 pounds from his trailer. As he was pulling the rack with a trailer restraint lever, it slipped off the rack, causing the employee to fall to the ground from the same level. The employee landed on his left hip and sustained a fracture.
