Incident Narrative

On June 12, 2023, an employee was in a classroom tying up the lights in a ceiling grid in preparation to remove the ceiling tiles. He was working from a 10-foot A-frame ladder. As he was descending the ladder, he missed a rung and fell about 7 feet to the floor, sustaining a laceration to his left eyebrow and a fracture to his left elbow.
