Incident Narrative

An employee was lifting a piece of steel with an overhead crane to set down on metal sawhorses. As the employee unhooked the steel and lifted the crane up and forward, the hook and chain pulled one of the steel pieces off the metal sawhorses. The steel piece fell and landed on her left leg, fracturing her femur.
