An employee had been hosing down the coils of an HVAC unit on a roof. He was going up or down an extension ladder when the foot of the ladder slipped on the wet concrete/asphalt ground and the employee fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured rib, fractured foot, knee strain, and a possible fractured wrist.
