Incident Narrative
An employee was working overhead to install a hoist system to lift the dumbwaiter. As they stepped onto the dumbwaiter, they fell 13-15 feet to the bottom of the hoist way, resulting in bruising and lacerations to the left hand, a middle finger fracture, and a laceration and compound fracture to the right ankle.
