Incident Narrative

An employee was riding as a passenger in the cab of a garbage truck that was driving in a parking lot. As the employee exited the truck, it ran over the employee's right leg and foot and their left foot and ankle. The employee sustained a right leg amputation below the knee and multiple left foot/toe fractures that required hospitalization.
