On May 10, 2023, at 12:00 PM, an employee was on top of a blast cabinet and went to step over the paint line conveyor to check shot levels. The employee slipped and their ankle was caught between the track and carrier on the paint line trolley/conveyor chain. They sustained a fracture and laceration/puncture to the left ankle that required hospitalization.
