An employee was in an elevated bucket installing internet fiber on poles. As the employee was installing a wire from one pole to another in the alley, a car drove over the wire and caught the wire, pulling it taut against the employee. The employee sustained internal injuries and injuries to his hand that required hospitalization and surgery.
