Incident Narrative

An employee was operating a roller and loading it onto a trailer that was at a steep angle. The roller made it halfway up the ramp before descending in reverse and sliding sideways. The vehicle struck a sign pole and a downspout. As the employee dismounted the roller, his leg was pinned between the roller and the sign pole. He sustained a lower left leg laceration from the sign.
