Incident Narrative
An employee was assisting in the transport of a pump from one section of the warehouse to another. One of the straps that was holding the pump shifted, causing it to fall on the floor. The employee reached to catch the pump when his right little finger was caught between the pump and the floor, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
