Incident Narrative

An employee was moving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) from storage to another location. The tire gripped the asphalt, causing the ATV to roll over. The employee was thrown to ground, resulting in rib and sternum fractures as well as a punctured lung. The employee was hospitalized.
