Incident Narrative

An employee was rearranging boxes on an inventory shelf. While maneuvering one of the boxes, the employee shifted his footing, stepped/slipped off the step ladder they were standing on, and fell to the ground. They sustained a scapula fracture and rib fractures that resulting in a punctured lung.
