Incident Narrative

An employee was cleaning the truck using a pressure washer. Upon finishing, the employee went to wash the hand towel that he was holding. When he started spraying the water, it cut through his work gloves, resulting in a laceration on the back of his hand. The water entered the wound and it began to swell.
