Incident Narrative

An employee was preparing to board a front-end loader at the end of the work day. He was standing at the base of the equipment when he was struck by a material handler. The employee was then dragged 15-20 feet by the material handler, resulting in head abrasions and a fractured left leg that was medically amputated.
