Incident Narrative
An employee was waterproofing the roof of a newly constructed building. While walking, he stepped onto a piece of plywood that was a part of an unsecured hatch. He fell about 6-8 feet and landed on a catwalk, suffering a broken left ankle and heel as well as a puncture wound.
