Incident Narrative
The injured employee was cleaning up and needed to have the trackhoe moved. Another employee moved the trackhoe. When the bucket was lifted, the injured employee's hand was crushed between the bucket and a pipe. The employee sustained a laceration between the middle and ring fingers that required hospitalization.
