A crew was using a crane to assemble another crane when an employee tripped over an incline and lost his balance. The employee fell 6-7 feet from the decking to the asphalt surface below, resulting in fractures of the right arm above the elbow and left wrist. The employee also experienced swelling to the top of the left foot.
