Incident Narrative

On March 3, 2023, at 9:15 AM, an employee was inspecting delivery trucks. As the doors were being opened, a gust of wind caused a door to swing open and strike the employee's head while they were filling out paperwork. The employee fell to the ground, striking the back of their head, arm, and elbow on the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a concussion and fractured tailbone.
