Incident Narrative
An employee was using a rolling chair to reach a presentation easel on top of a cabinet in a conference room. The rolling chair slid on the linoleum floor, causing the employee to fall from the chair and land on her left side on a metal paper organizer. The employee was hospitalized with a lacerated spleen.
