An employee was taping the tail ends of a roll of paper when their left hand became caught between the top roll of the winder and the roll of paper. The employee's left arm was pulled into the winder machine and sustained a laceration to the hand that required stitches, bruising of the arm, and a muscular injury. The employee was hospitalized.
