Incident Narrative

An employee used a scissor lift to get to the trailer of a truck so he could unload the trailer. As he released the bar, heavy furniture pushed against it, and the bar knocked the employee off balance, causing him to fall from the trailer to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a head injury, and fractures to the ankle and wrist.
