Incident Narrative

An employee was performing work on a railcar that was elevated two levels above the ground and backed up to a loading dock. He was getting off the railcar when he missed the plate and fell in between the railcar and the loading dock. The employee fell two levels before hitting the ground, resulting in a head laceration, pain in his arm, and blunt force trauma.
